Nemex dosage?

I'm trying to deworm some kittens, and the animal shelter I foster for
has always used Nemex or Nemex-2 for this. The dose has always been 1cc
for every 2 lbs of kitten. Recently I thought I heard that the dose
should be smaller than this, but I can't find anything out about it.
Pfizer (who makes Nemex) never studied it in kittens so they can't give
me any recommendations. The shelter still uses 1cc for 2 lbs, but I
hate to keep giving that much if it's more than necessary. Has anyone
got advice about this? Thanks,
